Return Policy
Your satisfaction is important to us. We allow returns and full credit for most unopened products that are returned to us, shipping paid, within 20 days of purchase. Please contact us to receive your authorization number BEFORE returning any parcel.
Shipments without authorizations via phone or email may not be credited to your account. Shipments refused from UPS also will mean you will be subject to both original & return shipping costs and additional handling costs.
Please note that we do not accept returns on respiratory products or chemical or bio-hazard clothing, including gloves. This is our policy to ensure the integrity of our personal safety products and ensure they are “tamper-free.” We hope you can both understand and respect our reasoning.
Original and return shipping fees are not refundable. Thank you!
